PHP CodeIgniter 4 was used, as well as other web technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery), and the database was MariaDB 10.4. The EMB Integrated Information System has been integrated. The Financial Budget and Planning System is concerned with the general programs and operations of EMB, with budgets allocated to each division and section for the following fiscal year. The system was successfully deployed and evaluated for the central office budget section, and there are plans to expand its use to other locations.
